- Responding to Google Business reviews and requesting new ones
- Online business listing setup (Yelp, Yellow Pages, etc.)
- Basic website updates (content changes, contact info, simple edits)
- Publishing one basic blog or update post per month
- Posting one weekly update to social media (shared across platforms)
Onboarding Process
One-Time Onboarding Fee ($150) Includes:
- Review existing business workflows and provide recommendations
- Create accounts in existing software and systems (role based access only)
- Organize customer records, files, documentation, and scheduling
- Categorize recent transactions and reach out to past due customers
- Review and clean up Google Business listing as needed
